We have placed related size chart on each product page with guidance about how to measure yourself and choose size.

2 How do I create an account?

You just simply needs to place an order and your account will be created automatically which you can use to check status of your orders

3Will you keep my credit card information on file?

NO. Not at all. We are using Paypal’s checkout system which is one of safest ways for online purchases.

4 Do you charge sales tax?

We will charge sales tax in case of Govt. regulation in your country. However for Europe and UK Sales tax is included in Prices mentioned on our website

5 Do you ship to my country?

We are shipping in almost 30+ countries. If your country is not available on checkout please write us at support@leatherick.com and we will get back to you with best possible shipping options for your country.

6 Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

We allow pre-Order on some of our articles and you will be able to see it once you place orded.

1What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return Postage will be paid by buyer.

2 My order arrived damaged

100% Refund will be issued if item arrived damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Regular order other than custom order shipped within 24-48 hours after order confirmation and it usually take 3 to 5 business days to reach buyer.

4 How do I change my shipping address?

If your order is still in processing status please send us your Order Number and Correct Address at support@leatherick.com from email ID you used while placing Order.

5 How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped you will get tracking ID and courier information via email, you can simply visit courier website and track your parcel. In case of any issue or question just write us at support@leatherick.com

6 Will my items come in one package?

As we have multiple warehouses so your items may or may not come in single package. However once your order is confirmed you can contact us about it.
